I know my feelings are 100% accurate about right and wrong because my other senses are always reliable

Is it wise to consider them infallible? We can gain insight from our other senses. Are they always accurate? For example, is our sense of sight always correct or do we experience optical illusions? Is our sense of balance right or must pilots rely on their instruments even when their inner ear tells them something else? Is our sense of logic always right or do we experience cognitive bias and make logical fallacies? If our physical senses experience limitations and even inaccuracies, on what basis can we assume that our inner sense of right and wrong is infallible? No true scientist would claim to be infallible.
